CHAPTER FOURTEEN
ECOLOGICAL CONTROL
The Federal Government of Nigeria released some money to the State Government to enable her address ecological problems which devasted some of the roads and threatened residential structures.
The administration of Alhaji
Ibrahim Idris has taken urgent steps to address these problems even
before allocation of funds came from the Federal Government. So far the
State Government has awarded contracts through competitive tender
processes to the tune of N210,000,000.00 for ecological control
in the underlisted towns and villages:
